How We Work


Exactly as you would expect:

1. Web Design:


a) Initial project dialogue will be conducted via phone and email.

b) A quotation and schedule will be submitted and upon commission a 50% deposit is required

c) If a project is of a size or complexity that requires project meetings these will be listed in the quotation.

d) Once the project has commenced access to an online construction area will be provided to monitor project progress. 

e) Required approvals from the client must be prioritised and 24 hour is permitted to register approval so that we can move to the next stage in production.

f) Designs will reflect the brief and if our services are cancelled mid project these cannot be used by a replacement third party.

g) Edits that have been made will constitute the latest version and once approved reverting to a former design or further changes are required will incur additional fees.

h) The 50% balance is paid upon completion and prior to going live.

2. Web Refund Policy


Every project is important to us and we make sure that we handle each one with utmost professionalism. Our aim is always to provide the results as per the  proposal. However, despite every measure if the client is not satisfied with the results we will consider refund requests:

Full refund: In cases where the project has not started or if the initial design style has not been approved. A full refund will be made less any payment processing and/or admin costs that are incurred from 7 days from receipt of deposit.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed.

No refunds: If the project has been completed and live. The client will be liable to pay the final payment if there has been limited or no proven communication registering a complaint. A sudden change of mind post an approval stage.

2. Online Advertising:

a) Initial project dialogue will be conducted via phone and email.

b) Client requirements are identified and campaign next action proposal options will be submitted with associated quotes.

c) All online advertising space have to be purchased prior to the campaign going live, therefore full payment is required prior to media purchase.

3. Video Production:

a) Initial phone and email discussion


b) Brief with budget is provided.

c) In response a proposal is discussed and a quotation submitted


d) A meeting is normally required detailing each stage of the project which includes; pre-production, production, post production - with their associated schedules.

e) Once the project has been agreed the first of 3 equal payments is made, each prior to the next production stage. 

Additional costs e.g. flights, hotels, changes impacting the agreed project will be listed as separate items.


a) Following a submission received via the contact form we will perform an initial review of the listed url

b) Phone conversation follows and subsequent package selection is decided.

c) Monthly payment needs to be made 

d) Project commences
